We know it makes for great salad dressings, and zipping up dipping oils for crostini, but have you ever considered the miracle of cleaning with vinegar?
Five places to use it:
*to descale the drip cycle in your coffee maker. Do it now and remember to flush the coffeemaker with a fresh pot of water before running your next morning brew cycle.
*around the chrome of your bath fixtures. Same idea. Vinegar can de-calcify mineral deposits, make surfaces sparkle and take away water marks.
*streak free windows, of course.
*in the dishwasher every now and then to remove mineral deposits.
*kills mold and germs so it is great for wiping down damp spots and doorknobs.
