1. Consultation: Our move manager is available to discuss your needs during our Reservation Desk hours, Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
2. Pricing: We will get you a fair price for your job. We have already negotiated moving rates with our moving teams, so we can quickly get a quote to you without a lot of back and forth.
3. Booking: We book the job with a trusted Lend A Box moving partner, ensuring you get the best service.
4. Assistance: We assist you with the contract, paperwork, and scheduling packing and moving appointments to fit your timeline.
5. Billing: We handle all billing aspects, making the process straightforward and hassle-free.
